INEC Voter Verification - To verify your polling unit, i.e. where you are to cast your vote, follow the procedure below:

Format <State> <Surname> <Last-5 or 6-digits (VIN NO)>

To verify your Polling Unit and whether or not you are on the register of voters, please send an sms in the format above to the phone number 0817 164 6879.

Importance Of Voter’s Card

- Every voter is expected to keep his/her registration card safely
- He/she will use it on the day of voting
- No other document will be accepted for identification in place of the voter’s card
- Without a voter’s card, a voter will not be allowed to vote during an election.
