A close associate of General Buba Marwa, Musa Kamale has explained that Marwa did not attend the All Progressives Congress summit in Abuja in order to be with one of his family members who was ill.
Kamale, who is also the treasurer of the APC in Adamawa State, cautioned against bringing politics into the issue, saying as a stakeholder in Adamawa APC, Marwa was invited to the summit by the party but could not attend due to personal reasons.
Kamale said there however some issues which the national leadership of the party needs to look into in order to avert another leadership crisis in the party in Adamawa State.
