Mr Mike Omeri, the Director-General, National Orientation Agency (NOA), has called on Nigerians not to patronise a purported recruitment Website by the agency, describing it as a scam.
Mr Paul Odenyi, the Chief Press Secretary to the agency said this in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Monday in Abuja.
The statement said that NOA had not sought approval for recruitment of personnel and therefore, would not be in position to advertise for vacancies.
According to the statement, any recruitment website purportedly from the NOA was meant to defraud unsuspecting Nigerians.
The statement stated that NOA would always advertise in national dailies for job placement, just as he warned job seekers to disregard the portal.
The portal is www.bestjobs.com/noa describing it as the work of scammers.
It further urged those seeking information about the agency to visit any of its offices across the country or the agency’s website and news portal: www.noa.gov.ng and www.transformation.gov.ng. (NAN)
